The room was clean. The room is large my husband walker sometimes and has plenty of room to get around. The shower is large have lots of room to move around in.

the room didn’t have none of the amenities i booked it for and told me he couldn’t move me to the room i actually booked, and the front desk man was rude when i asked for things in the room

Friendly front office staff, newly remodeled hotel. Large bathroom with private commode and a large stand in shower with a beautiful glass door. I felt like i was in an apartment not a hotel. Large parking spaces. Theres no elevator but that was not a deal breaker. Bed was very comfortable i stayed there 1 week and felt well rested and no aches ans pains. A/c worked great too. Don't sleep on this little gem of a place.

Check in differed from booking

Recently updated so no carpet to retain musty smell. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are in dispensers attached to the wall. There was a hair dryer as well as toothbrushes and flosser, which was convenient as I forgot mine. Beds were comfortable. Quite place to stay. Very minimal continental breakfast so don’t book for that reason. Prepackaged muffins coffee water and juice. Booked through hotels.com as two beds and accessible but they sent us upstairs but offered a first floor bedroom but it did not have two beds. Advised I booked for 2 beds and they sent us back upstairs. I do not think there is an elevator so be sure to confirm if you need a ground floor room that there are 2 beds. Also not sure if they were messy with a cleaner or failed to clean walls and doors in bathroom well.

It says breakfast is included and the only thing they have available is coffee, cake, and juice. That's all it is. It's terrible because you plan it and when you see the reality you are left with what?
