Another great stay!
This time I stayed at the cottage, which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I could want for my stay in Chincoteague. It has a tiny front yard with a table, where I could sit and read or just enjoy the sunshine. This time I took a boat ride and saw lots of pelicans, I also went to Saxis Island and found a lot of sea glass! There was a great super full moon and a king tide. But the thing that makes my stay extremely enjoyable are the staff, especially Brittany who goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need without hesitation. Thanks again Brittany for all your help I appreciate it.😉😉😉 see you all next May.

Filthy, paint falling off the walls, bugs, smokey lobby. Trashy. So bad that we left immediately and got another hotel without re-entering the smoky lobby. Stay away. The worst place I have ever seen!

The property was a bit dated; they do plan renovations soon. The staff was very friendly, including the resident cat, Annie! We really enjoyed using our breakfast vouchers at the bakery next door—great pastries! We would stay here again, as the price was quite reasonable. Thanks!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It is an older property and the owners are in the process of upgrading. We felt safe and the room was clean. It did not have a musty smell that is often found when staying at older properties. It was a resonably priced one night stay over on a quaint Island community. I will be staying again.

I was dirty both inside and out. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. The paint inside was all chipped. Old furniture. Outside was a mess.Light didn’t work outside You had to leave the building to go get ice. They advertised breakfast included. You had to drive to a bakery to get coffee and donut. We could eat it become we are diabetes.

I stayed in a double Queen and the room was clean and neat. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. I was here last October and they remembered me from my last visit! Brittany is very helpful, thoughtful and willing to help with anything you may need. It definitely feels like family rather than just some Hotel. It is not perfect or updated but I'll take friendly staff and welcoming people over just being another number. And the old-fashioned furniture that was here in October is still here and I absolutely love it. The bed was very comfortable the pillows are also very comfortable. Parking is easy. Lots of restaurants and shops well within walking distance. This will definitely be my hotel of choice every time I come to Chincoteague.
And I forgot to mention the sea glass in saxis and the shells all over the Assateague Beach
