It was well priced, very clean, amazingly close to downtown and numerous attractions, stores, restaurants. The staff were awesome as well. No fridge or microwave. which depending on why your staying isnt an issue. We loved it for the 2 days we stayed!

Noise. Inconsiderate people. No sleep
Front desk guy was awesome. It’s 3:30 am I’m typing this! The issue was trying to sleep beginning at 11 pm. Finally at 3:00 am I called front desk. She apologized admitted it was her one time. Doors slamming. People in hall talking loudly outside my room off and on. 12:30 am. 1:15 am 1:45 am hear doors, toilets flushing? In other rooms? I have a serious medical issue. I needed to rest prior to my flight at 7:00 am! I get back In Bed she calls me. I get back up to go answer the phone. She offers me a sound machine to sleep. I have that on my phone. It’s now 3:36 am. I have to be up at 5:15. I have not got an hour of sleep! Basically just paid $110 to be miserable & stressed while thinking based on reviews I would get a good 6 hours rest.

Very affordable no frills all that you need
Excellent front desk clerk greeted me, helpful recommendations and courtesy. I got a wonderful rate for two nights when I just needed a solo room close to an event. Property isn’t super modern but is charming and clean and offers 24/7 coffee. Very old, loud and not confident elevator definitely needs to be replaced which I’m sure they’re aware of and surprised it passed inspection - but that would be my only critique.

It was a great little hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but clean and nice. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd totally stay again if I come back to Boston. Oh, and the location os really grwat too. Its near the Commons and near several T stations.
