Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). They then offered us a room with a sofa that could be unfolded into a bed. Since it was already midnight and we were very tired, we accepted the offer. However, when we arrived at the room and unfolded the sofa, the space became very cramped. Additionally, we had to put the bed sheets on the sofa bed ourselves. Furthermore, the refrigerator contained takeout boxes that hadn't been cleaned out, and a foul smell came out when we opened it. How could such a thing happen at a large global hotel chain? I don't understand!
