Extra fees and parking not included in total price

Charging a hidden fee for parking is absurd. I use hotels.com whivh shows pricing including taxes and fees. So to my surprise that you get extra charges when arriving is crazy. And i forgot what else they charge for as well. But it wasnt just parking. I was to exhuasted from the drive and long day scuba diving and in the sun on a boat to hear what they said. I just wanted to get into my room so i just signed the paper and said "sure whatever"

Hotel bom

Hotel muito bem localizado. Atendimento mediano na recepção e ruim no restaurante. Instalações um pouco gastas e ultrapassadas. No quarto que fiquei o ar condicionado fazia um barulho super alto. Banheiro muito bom, mais moderno que o resto do quarto.

Would Stay Again!

Great: Location, staff/service, bathroom, size of room, ease of check-in. Good: Pool size (kinda small), speed of elevator, views. Not great: Rooms are a bit dated. Plugs that are loose and don't work, metal on lights and mirrors deteriorating and tiny balcony. The on-site bar, restaurant and staff were excellent. Drinks, food and service are worth the stay alone, but the location is great too. We did wish the pool was larger, but its a tight place. Rooms will need updating soon, very soon. Bathrooms were fantastic.

Hyatt Centric was a great choice. We loved the view of the water. It has a very nice pool and pool bar restaurant. There is a small beach area also. We had breakfast at Flamingo's and it was excellent. You can walk to Duval street very easily. We will be back.

Great location but the property needs some updating. Air conditioners are incredibly loud. Gym is small for a hotel of this size.
