Loved my stay
This hotel is only 6 min walking distance from the Shin osaka station. The hotel is beautiful. We had the royal room type. I loved it. the toilet is away from the shower and tub. There tea in the room was high quality. Daily beverage service at the restaurant level. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. There is a relaxing bath house. Great for after a long day of walking. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great hotel for families, with communal dining and laundry plus free buffet breakfast. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Very convenient as an option for those wanting to stay in Osaka but take quick daily train to and from Kyoto for sightseeing.

Great place to stay
A clean and modern hotel. 5 people in 2 joined rooms. Beds were comfortable and made daily on our 4 night visit. Traditional bath and shower per room and separate toilet with bidet. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Lots of toiletries in the reception area- take what you need. Paid for washing machines and driers available although these were selfishly hogged by people who didn't clear their laundry when finished. The machines also have a self assigned security code so you have to ask staff to empty the machine if they haven't been emptied by the owners. Close to amenities with Lawsons a few minutes walk away, Life supermarket 5 minute walk and lots of very good food establishments within the vacinity. Shin-Osaka station was only 5 minute walk away and we managed to wheel large suitcases with us. Although this hotel is not centrally based in Osaka, it is well worth staying at. Transport into Osaka and beyond was easy to navigate. We would stay here again.

Location is a quite a bit of walk from the station, around 10 minutes. If it’s rainy season, don’t forget to bring umbrella. The rooms is equipped with a fridge and other amenities are by the lobby, you can just take as needed. We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport and 10 minutes later we called to cancel because it was very over priced. But we cannot cancel it, until one of our family members who speaks Japanese talked to the Taxi Manager, then was not succesful, then the Manager’s Manager also not succesful, then the 3rd Manager said ok but hesitantly. So there you go haha no bending rules here even after 10 minutes. Because the rule was no refund after dispatch. But we call around 10 am for 7 pm pick up, so technically no taxi has been dispatched yet. I think they can do a better customer service because it’s really not a big deal, if we called an hour or so before the dispatch time then it makes sense for no refund. The hotel is clean has an onsen and sauna which was great after a long day.
