Clean, no frills
It was a clean motel. There is no elevator with two floors. The bedding was very clean but the blanket I had was thin. The heater/ air conditioner didn’t work for the entire room but was ok on one side of the bed. There is shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub/shower and a small wrapped soap bar at the sink.

Stay
For a one night stay it was doable. They have remodeled which is nice. I didn't care for the shutters because light comes thru them when trying to sleep. Also, could've used a comforter on the bed. The heater is loud so i turned it off and it was cold in the room not having an extra blanket. Also, there was landscape construction outside and i heard them at 615am.

I would give it a one star.
The pillows and bed were on the hard side. Did not offer cushion to add to the bed. TV sound did not come on for 5 minutes. AC/heater was loud. Shower head 🚿 is old that did not have option to change the water spray. Desk chair is old…leather is coming off. Where was the renovation?

Would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. This place was absolutely horrendous to put it nicely. The staff were quick to lie to Expedia agents in disregarding all issues at hand. Staff eventually was caught up in lies that he hung up the phone and refused to offer any resolution to our list of hygienic and safety concerns. Our room had many fire and hygiene violations, I’m surprised they are even allowed to run business as such. Our room had brown stains randomly around the walls, the entry door was not the proper size so it had an inch gap to where anyone can easily force their way into our room. The linen were not clean, the room had a foul smell, the outlets had no covers and were exposed, there were dead bugs around the room, the shower did not function and water wouldn’t come out. Staff refused to resolve or offer any resolution to any of our issues. They were determined to continue lying and denying everything that they rudely hung up on our call. This place is not suitable for anyone to stay the night much less for families with children. Would never recommend this place. Total waste of money for our family of 6 vacation.
