"We really enjoyed our stay here! The whole property was newly renovated and the lobby, pool area and rooms were all very nicely decorated. The pool area was awesome and the the property itself was about a 15 min walk to the downtown area. The hotel also offered bikes for free for guests to use. Me and my husband had an amazing time staying here and our experience was awesome! This hotel also seemed really kid friendly. "

"Great location. Major construction next door. Not notified. 3rd floor walk up was very difficult for a couple our age - 70. They should know better and make that info part of the process. Included Buffet breakfast is at a separate B&B about 1/4 mile away. Again, should have been included as part of info. A bit understaffed as it took until 3:00 pm to refresh our room. "

"The staff is very nice. The room was clean. The sheets are great. The rooms need lamp light. And the room was on first floor overlooking neighbors trash so we kept shades down so the room was super dark and a bit depressing."

"I can find no fault with the staff, they were excellent. Our room was very small which makes the lack of any common area a hardship unless you want to trade off sitting in the one small cafe chair. Coffee machine is fabulous, a healthy option like an apple or banana would be nice to accompany the coffee. The linens were first class even Frette bathrobes, although one was frayed. Window unit A/C impossible cycled all night which didn’t seem to have any relationship to the desired temperature...

"Room was very clean, updated with lovely nautical decor. Hosts were responsive. Nice safe area and convenient to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lobby filled with snacks to purchase. Of note: Adjoining wall was thin and could hear neighbors TV and conversations. Lobby is unlocked and room door had an entry code but could use a dead bolt for added safety. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would come again! "

"Lovely clean bedroom. Overall a lovely, quiet, lowkey place and process. Just perfect for what we were looking for. Calm, quiet vibes. We met Dave when we arrived half an hour early and our room was ready. "

"We loved everything about Centerboard--the silence, the comfort of the room, the large shower (don't forget to sing in the shower), the short distance to everything, including the Steamship Authority. It was simple to move in and out and had the room key waiting for us. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nantucket. Can't wait!!"

"The Brass Lantern was great. Sharon was wonderful and welcoming. The continental breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated having the home baked foods and warm cookies at 5 pm. Very nice outdoor space! My only comment would be that the rooms in the entry and living rooms could be noisy as people spent time in those rooms; we played cards in the both the dining and living rooms and tried to be quiet but it was very easy to hear a phone call from the rooms. "

"We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were spectacular! The breakfast was excellent and the amenities were abundant. The location is perfect- only 2-3 minute walk to everything in town. Will definitely be back!"

"My favorite place to stay on Nantucket. Reasonable prices for the island, and access to everything. Beautifully renovated lobby / bar / pool area. Regular shuttles to the beach and town if you want, or a great starting point for exploring the bike trails. Great casual local eats either across the street at Crosswinds at the airport, Casa Real for Latin/Mexican, or quick sandwiches/ ice cream if you want to walk/bike 1 mile."
