"Poor experience at check in on both stays - two non consecutive nights in the same week. The guy on the desk had both hotels.com booking confirmation printed out and confused why they weren't consecutive. I explained, he charged for both. When I went and checked out the following morning, again still confused. His attitude wasn't welcoming on second stay.
The room itself has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Carpet was dirty. Rest of the room was reasonably clean, though outdated. The hotel...

"Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer."
