"Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful....

"We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour. He and Dep made us a wonderful breakfast and helped us plan our day. Dep did my laundry and had it waiting when we returned from our day of activities. The rooms were AMAZING!! Absolutely huge! "Great place to stay in Ninh Binh, excellent service, the hotel is 2 blocks from the main road so it is quiet. We stayed in a room with a balcony and view and it was worth it. They also helped us arrange a taxi for the day and a taxi to the airport."

"Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less."

I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer "
