We absolutely loooooved the loft room! It is such a unique accommodation experience and the owners have great taste in the styling of the room. However if you’re not good with ladders, you may not like the loft bedroom as it’s the only way up! The bathroom was gorgeous and I loved all the toiletries on hand. The lounge room was very comfortable and warm. Our owner, Michelle, was very friendly and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

A lovely little nest for a stay in Koroit.
Small but with all amenities needed! Heating was excellent for the Koroit winter, and the supplies left in the fridge for breakfast were adequate. I am not a fan of soft white supermarket bread, so this was a slight disappointment. If there is one thing that I missed it was a full length mirror. Bedside lighting and table only served one side of the bed!! We both like to read in bed.

This is one of the finest places that I stayed in my 37 day trip across Australia. I can see that a lot of effort has been put into making the room that I stayed in (The Dry Store I believed my room was called). The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The showers worked well and I was provided with a large breakfast at no extra cost. If I was going to stay overnight in Koroit again, this place would be my first choice.

We arrived later than expected and the communication and helpfulness of the hosts was wonderful. Accomodation was delightful as were the special touches. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an adult style accomodation. Only negative was our stay was too short.

Aanvankelijk wat moeite met het vinden van de lokatie. Misleid door ons navigatiesysteem, maar ook door de eerste indruk vanaf de straatkant. Echter achter deze facade bevindt zich onze accomodatie, die superluxe ingericht is met moderne design apparatuur. Zeer verzorgde smaakvol interieur. Echt van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief keukeninrichting. Duidelijk gericht op comfort en tevredenheid van de gasten! Jammer van de slechte wifi, waar nog aan gewerkt wordt. Mooie tuin; door het slechte weer niet echt daarvan kunnen genieten. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Subliem onderkomen, die ik iedereeen zou willen aanraden!

We stayed for 3 nights to explore the area and it was a great location for the nearby beaches, breathtaking cliffs and wildlife reserves, within 15 minutes drive away. The owner was on had to give excellent advice about things to do in the area, but otherwise the cottage and outdoor area felt very peaceful and private. The cottage is perfect for a get-away, very clean and stylish with a lovely outdoor space. The interior was modern but well furnished with an ideal kitchen and living space, perfect for self-catering and relaxing. There isn't a thing we would change. We loved it and would certainly stay again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you

The Estate Koroit is a wonderful place. We stayed at the room "The Loft" - it is very comfy and atmospheric. While cleverly designed it is, at the same time, beautifully executed. We really appreciated the attention to details. We highly recommend this place

Amazing Hotel
Amazing hotel with all the personal touch and it's own character. It's at a small town, and it gets really dark at night, so it will be great if the lighting is slightly brighter. Love their bathtub, vinyl player and the loft bed. Just beware of the low ceiling and don't hit your head when you wake up! Breakfast could have been better, but it's sufficient.

Would highly recommend staying here, only 20mins drive from portfairy or Warrnambool. Great value for money, spotless, beautiful decor. Generous breakfast supplies. Toilet, bathtub and shower all in room. Only down side was the rain/hail made a very loud noise on the tin roof overnight! But that’s just nature! Hosts were also very attentive, calling ahead to confirm checkin time to turn heater on for us. Great stay!
