First ever stay in a motel
This place was amazing. I felt so refreshed after 2 days there. The floor is clean to walk around and quiet. Such a feeling of freedom there. Hot shower was great. Hairdryer was great. It's even more secure with the automated garage door.

The cleaner did a great job, check in was quick and the room was spacious, but there were ants and spiders in the room. There was also mold on the roof in the bathroom.

I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Cancun. An individual unit is offered to each guest, including a garage, however you do not receive a key to the unit (small interior lock on door only). The garage door does close, but has a large opening near the top & can be opened manually from the outside. The lock on the ground floor unit window also did not lock. The bed was large and made, but did have multiple stains + ants running across it.

Okay as a place to stay very cheaply. Reasonably clean. Hot water comes and goes. Wifi comes and goes.

It was horrible. They refused to let me stay even when I showed them my reservation. It was in a sketchy part of town and they were not helpful. I almost had to sleep in the street because of them. When I complained they said, oh sorry, it must have been a mistake. That mistake could have turned deadly for me. It also cost more than 200 usd for taxi fare because they refused to let me stay. I didnt get my money back either..

terrible
Location 30 minutes outside of the city by taxi or further out by bus. Motel in Mexico is used for a couple of hours (if you know what I mean) not a place to stay for family or young spring breakers, frequently used by truck drivers, given the location being outside the city. I called the motel when I arrived and they said it was not the motel. Called to cancel & did not refund me. Motels, in Mexico, are not paid in advanced, by the way was told by the residents of the city.

Hated it
The hotel did not have basic items such as blankets and washcloth and the staff did not service the room daily.

This is a hooker hotel.
They charge by the hour. You cannot lock your room when you leave. The toilet didn't flush, the shower didn't work, you could see through the sheets, there were only 7 channels on the tv and 4 of them were porn. There is nothing in the neighborhood which is dark dirty and dangerous. Military base across the street. Check in couldn't speak to a person had to hand stuff through a hole in a window. Drivers at the airport refused to take us to location. Phone number listed in Orbitz is incorrect. Bed was like sleeping on a pad of concrete
We were supposed to stay two nights, busted out of there after one and didn't even try to get a refund. Not worth the assle.

Be warned
This is not a typical motel. we just wanted something basic to sleep the night during a lay over so nothing fancy. It turned out this motel also ad "book by the hour" options. we were not given a key, and when asked were told they didn't have one and we were to exit via the garage door and press the button to shut it on the way out. It was not even close to the airport which the description on expedia said it was (it cost us $40 for a cab, because not even the shuttles from the airport went there because it was so far out). there was cigarette burns in the bed and there was not even food close by. I am not overly fussy and have back packed around central and south america in hostels, but we did not stay here and forfeited our booking because. 1 we did not feel safe in the neighbourhood (it was in the middle of nowhere on a main hwy), 2. we could not leave the room and lock our belongings up even to just go get food. 3. there was no food close by for dinner 4. it was not close to airport and we a flight to catch the next day.

Nice large room and bathroom.
It has no dressers or drawers, no ironing, can't make any phone calls but they let me use their kitchen to make my porridge and tea in the mornings. The staffs can't speak English.
The room was beautiful with king size bed and nice size bathroom.

Good staff and secure with the big gargae doors. Place is inexpensive and away from the beaches but you can take the bus or community vans to downtown or the beaches for about $0.50. Big rooms.

Not for picky travelers
Courteous staff, facilities are OK but require a large investment to bring it up to snuff. The world's oldest towels, paper-thin pillows, throw tissue in the toilet at your own risk, lots of sad little details that speak of a lack of attention to the rooms. Morning food and beverage service is terrible, drink portions are small. Sad to see so much potential wasted. Bring your own TP.

Very nice place for staying
The staff was very kind. The hotel is far from the hotels zone so unless you don't have a car, you need to take 2 buses to get there (it takes about 40 minutes). It does not apear in the site, but there is no key for the room's door but you have a garrage door that you close when you walk from your room. They also have a guard at night.

Not what I expected
Where to begin? First it took the airport shuttle almost one hour to find the place...turned out to be miles away from everything!
Second we got quite puzzled when we pulled up at the reception and the prices started ' hourly ' and it said something about sexually on the bottom which I couldn't translate but the message was clear!
Then we got our room with some very unusual instructions about closing the garage door behind us which seems to mean that this unit is occupied.
Big bed with a big mirror on the ceiling above...we got quite a giggle out of that.
TV at the end of the bed and despite my suspicion I turned it on...Do not bring children!!!
Other than all that I have to say that the place was clean , bed comfortable if you can ignore the history of the mattress:)
Overall it's cheap enough to do the trick for one night after the flight but then it's definitely time to move on.
I'm not prude but I felt a bit dirty when we left and my girlfriend agreed!
