Location is great! Close to everything you might need: groceries, restaurants, the parks. Staff was nice but they are clearly overwhelmed. Coffee and tea available in the morning. Rooms are rundown, but NO insects/bugs were present. The guests by me were smoking weed, being disrespectful of others, but I notified staff and they took care of it. Pool was extremely clean. Cleaning in rooms can be better: I wiped all surfaces and wipes were really dirty.

Get what you pay for…
You get what you pay for really. With the room itself, it looked like the bathroom door had been damaged/fixed so many times that the door handle no longer worked- turning it did not move the door mechanism so we were afraid to close the door the whole time. There was food / pet food on the floor, and around the bed, which in combination with small holes in the corners left concern for pest activity. The outside area was noisy overnight with lots of people hanging around in the parking lot/halls.

Check in host was great, room cards were junk kept loosing programming- woke up to german roaches on head board and night stands. . Unclean. . Hallways smelled of mold and marijuana- literally people smashing and snorting pills on the ac units in hallways. . Like a refugee camp always loud, room walls paper thin. . Beds and pillows are step below county jail. . Better than sleeping outside . . But just barely.

We really enjoyed our stay. We needed a last minute place, who allowed pets - and we were very happy with Motel 6’s pet policy. Our room was not in the best condition, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
