Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I got the best egg and cheese sandwich I ever ate right next door at Ema y Clara. There is a bar on the terraza called Cuatro Piso which has pretty cheap beers, great music, and friendly wait staff. I am not sure if it is open every night, but I checked in on a Friday night after a long day of flights and connections and as tired as I was there was still no way I could sleep so I joined the party 🙃.

La zona está muy bien, está cerca de todo lo bonito de CDMX, tienen check in las 24 hrs, yo llegue después de las 12 am y me respetaron mi reservación. La habitación super incomoda, tenía un baño de menos de 1 m2, la regadera increíblemente pequeña. No hay amenidades como jabón o pasta de dientes o shampoo. En la noche se escucha toooodo lo que pasa dentro del hostal, y como son pet friendly me toco un perro ladrando toda la noche, como a las 5 am se empiezan a escuchar trastes aventándose, sillas jalándose, etc. La cama terriblemente dura y cada que te mueves rechina ruidosamente, a menos que tengas muchísimo sueño no puedes dormir. Se me hizo demasiado caro por lo que ofrecen. Realmente lo único bueno es la zona.

There are clean rooms super super friendly and kind stuff. I didn’t know much about CDMX but the stuff taught me everything good restaurants and bars then had some good time together! If they were not there would have never been so much to enjoy Mexico City's journey. I really wanna say thank you for them.

Blanca, parecía que iba llegando a un motel a la h
El lugar horrible nada que Ver con las fotos muy editadas que tienen, la comodidad de la fregada en la terraza tenía la música a todo lo queda en la madrugada y fue imposible dormir, aparte de que no podía dormir porque las cobijas y horribles tenían chinches, el servicio muy mal el aspecto de la persona de recepción era una tipa sin brasier y una playera Blanca, parecía que iba llegando a un motel a la hora del check Out los de recepción estaban dormidos en un sillón en la entrada muy cobijados y tuve que esperar más de 10 minutos y los tuve que despertar, la zona horrible

Se escucha demasiado ruido en las intalaciones
La primera noche fue buena, el personal es amable y atento, excelente ambiente entre los clientes. Sin embargo cada jueves por la noche tienen eventos en la azotea y se escucha todo, así que la segunda noche no pude dormir en absoluto, ya que el evento termino a las 2 am. La locación es muy buena. Si van de fiesta se los recomiendo, pero si van con propósito de dormir no lo recomiendo

Soso
위치는 소나로사에서 가깝고 주변이 조용하다. 하지만 건물 맨윗층에 클럽이 있는건지 새벽내내 시끄러윘다. 숙소는 좀 낡은느낌이었고 당시 비가 계속와서 많이 추웠으나 지낼만했고, 샤워실이 좀좁다.

El personal es muy amable y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Había un evento en la terraza de arriba y nos dieron descuento por hospedarnos ahí. Sin duda me volvería a quedar.

terrible front desk service in the hostel!!
Terrible service in front desk. The recptionist was super rude, super hostile, didnt want to give my deposit back, even though i returned the towel and key. Bathrooms super messy and at night was super noisy. I mean, some people want to rest// pesima experiencia! Baños sucios, pesima actitud de la recepcionista. Te cuestionan al regresarte el deposito. Hay un bar hasta las 2 am, que no permite descansar bien por el ruido. Antes el personal de recepcion eran amigables, ahora son super hostiles!! Camas super incomodas, alhomadas se sienten como piedras. Las literas super viejas. 0.0 hospitalidad!

Cómodo y Buen ambiente
Es un hotel donde regularmente llegan extranjeros y la mayoría son jóvenes que estudian especialidades, agradable el ambiente y muy serviciales en el hotel, no es de lujo, pero es cómodo, no es para empresarios, pero al que le gusta convivir con otros es recomendable.

Do you call that an Hotel?
This have been the worst hotel I ever booked in Mexico. Lobby is dirty in a way you cannot imagine. The couch seems to have been taken from a mechanic workshop where mechanics took a rest between two works (without cleaning themselves). Door's room, when closed leave space you can see and doesn't stop any sound coming from outside. Many rooms from same floor and lower floors where very noisy till 04:00 am. Nobody from the staff asked (or taught, maybe would have been better) them to respect other customers right to rest. I woke up at 07:00 am for my appointment. Imagine the result after only 3 hours sleeping. One pillow with many (3 or 4) hairs (I hope head hair..). Do they clean or change the sheets between two customers? Mattress with body fluid spots. Disgusting! At least put a clean mattress cover. Ground was dirty as ground's mechanic workshop previously mentionned. Only a hand washing soap dispenser is provided. On my arrival the receptionist told me that at 08:00 on point, breakfast would be served (included in the price). At 08:16, the cooker arrived and she told me in a very unpolite manner that she had to prepare the breakfast as if my question where should I seat to have my breakfast served was the reason she was late... Breakfast was a buffet made of: chemical orange liquid (didn't taste orange juice at all), passed cereals, coffee like brown liquid and that's it! $1,056 for that, I can find far better hotac half the price! Shame on you!

Great hostel!
This hostel is great! the person at the front desk spoke English, and checkin/out was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and consisted of REAL FOOD (not just breakfast pastries and juice). It was so nice to not have to worry about my first meal of the day. I stayed in the Women-only room on the second floor. The room was nice, but sits right above a busy road so it was sometimes hard to get to sleep. For most of the nights I was there I had few to no roommates. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot.
