Exquisite location & hotel. Everything was overpriced in the hotel but staff was kind and nice during stay. I will never stay here again because 3 weeks after our stay we received a suspicious charge on our credit card from this hotel. Bill was fully settled when we left and on reaching out no one got back to us. It is unsettling to know they still have our credit card information. Still no one reached out I emailed 4 times and reached out to 5 different hotel people on WhatsApp and still nothing.

This resort was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the concierge was very helpful and always reaching out to ensure our stay was perfect. The property was beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. It is a very unique and one of a kind type of resort, very tropical/jungle vibe but also very relaxing. Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend!
