The hotel is excellent, the dining room for breakfast and dinner presents good that is varied and well cooked, but lukewarm.the used plates and utensils are not cleared from tables. When they are after asking you are expected to use used dirty cutlery for your next course. The toaster does not work properly, you are e PE to spread frozen hard butter, which is impossible of course. The staff are friendly and obliging, but need further training to ensure the restaurant service is 100%.
The idea that you are asked to sign your bill for your buffet dinner as soon as you arrive in the restaurant is a strange and unacceptable idea.
My partner and I were told nicely that we were only entitled to one breakfast between us twice, this apparently was a mistake sent to the restaurant from the receptions computer system, the restaurant staff apologised and gifted us a nice cake to apologise. Unfortunately it happened again two days later. Overlall the hotel in my view is excellent, the staff also, just a little bit more training in service in the restaurant.
