"Hotelli on perustasoa.

"Stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location close to bus stops and the mall. Some grime in the shower and a hair or two in the bed, but nothing crazy. Great breakfast."

"Plenty of parking of parking opportunities at the hotel which is inside a gated business park which is guarded by polite and professional security guards around the clock.
This also makes for the surroundings being pleasently quiet as there's basically no traffic.
I got upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Only downside really is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast.

"We had a very pleasant stay at Sphera Hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming – they really made us feel comfortable. The location is great, and everything felt well-maintained.
One small downside was the breakfast buffet, which could be improved. It didn’t quite match the expectations set by the photos and ads, but it was still okay.
Overall, great value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"I stayed in this hotel for 12 days and experienced almost all types of rooms in this hotel. Everything was excellent and unique. The cleanliness of the rooms was perhaps the biggest advantage of this hotel. It is the best option for a long stay in Yerevan."

Yerevan is now quite similar to an Eastern European city, but just a little different. Many of the locals have at least basic English knowledge, but they may not speak it every day, so speak slowly. It's busier at night until around 11pm.

"Wonderful experience! The spa was the highlight. Great facial and massage with steam room, sauna, cold plunge shower, and tropical shower. French bakery attached to hotel. Pistachio cheesecake amazing. "
"Wonderful staff, especially with the lovely women who prepared the amazing breakfast. They sang while they were cooking. Such a happy place. The reason for 4 versus 5 stars is the bathroom. Needs a good cleanings. Shower curtain should be washed and tiles in the bathroom clean."
"The service was top-notch. The rooms were clean, and they cleaned the rooms every day. Location was at the center of downtown, and everything was within walking distance. "

"Hotel is located in suburban area. From one side is cemetery, from another empty field and some abandoned construction. The only means of transportation is a taxi. There are no dining options around. You need to order food delivery or order from the only restaurant on site.
Hotel property is surrounded by the tall fence, has security on site. You may feel safe over there. Hotel has pool, gym, billiards and play room for kids. Rooms are very spacious. It has fridge and teapot. Since hotel is old, toilet and shower doesn’t drain the water properly and gets clogged from time to time. As a welcome gift hotel gives bottled water and some tea in a room. Also , guests provided with bath robes, vanity kits, combs and toothbrushes. Every morning breakfast served between 9-11am. Pretty good.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The center of Yerevan is about 30 mins away by cab and about 1600-2000 AMD.
Overall, positive experience."
