The hotel is in Terminal 2 (T2), at the north end of the Arrivals level (when walking from T1 to T2, turn left when you reach T2, and the hotel is on the right after 100 meters just past the police office). 「拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。」
