"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients.

"Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes.
We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."

"Really great weather, hotel facilities were good especially the pool bar, the pool is quite big and plenty of sun loungers. Only issue there was the fact that people put towels out at night so all the best ones were impossible to get in the morning. Evenings in the sports bar were fun with karaoke, bingo and a different act each night.
The biggest letdown was the food, I only had breakfast twice, no afternoon meal and one evening meal, the food was the same everyday and really wasn’t very good...

"Nach Neueröffnung ist das Hotel natürlich super sauber und alles ist top. Vielleicht wären wir auch nicht die richtigen Sonnenstrand Besucher, wer dennoch ein bisschen Ruhe haben möchte, sollte definitiv ein Pool View oder Sea View buchen. Wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht, dieses geht zur Straße raus und ich unfassbar laut. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit der Rezeption und Managerin konnten wir unser Zimmer umbuchen.
Außerhalb der Peak-Season war es jetzt noch nicht überlaufen, die Anlage ist...

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed.
Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive.
We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay.
Will def return when back in the area. "

The staff didn't speak any English, there was always something out of food and the toilet was dirty. The toilet pair was almost always out of stock, so it was worth buying your own from the store just in case. The hotel was built with good quality materials. The hotel would make a great destination and someone would invest in it. It was easy to get around and stay at the hotel because there wasn't...
