"This hotel was perfect the only problem I had was I had an allergic reaction to whatever they used to clean their laundry, every morning I woke up with hives & red blotches everywhere. I spoke to the front desk but no one had any answers or help for me. Other than that this hotel was & is the perfect hotel & in the perfect location/area. I will definitely recommend "

"We stayed at this Hotel for a week in October. The Hotel isn’t the largest but has around 250 rooms, so if you want quietness and calmness but near to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa all about 20 minutes in a taxi ( not in rush hour! ) then this is the perfect place.
Pier 7 and the Marina Mall are around 30 minutes away also.
They have 3 Restaurants and several bars, a cafe ‘ afternoon tea all really great food and service.
The staff are just wonderful and will do anything to help you.
It was my birthday during my stay and I received 3 small birthday cakes from the restaurants I had been in, and birthday greetings from numerous stay during the day. Which was so lovely.
The food in all the restaurants was fabulous and the service too.
The hotel is very clean! And well kept.
The Butler / concierge service was excellent too.
This is definitely a fantastic hotel.
