"The property is located between Frostburg and Cumberland. The owner/operator was friendly though he had some communication barriers and cultural differences. We booked with the understanding that we'd pay upon arrival. The owner charged my card while we were still on the road then called me to demand that I add funds to my card because the second room we booked was not paid yet. I explained we were still on our way and my mother in law would be paying for her own room once we arrived and...
