"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. "Very nice hotel, great room, friendly staff, great breakfast - and we loved the little extra of the welcome bubbles that we could bring to our balcony. We only spent one night and would have loved to stay longer. Would stay there again for sure. "

"Small pension with the great kitchen and service in the restaurant. Do not forget to book a table, they are busy during the weekends :) Nice, clean & comfortable room. Ski room is available with heating hangers. They also have private SPA. It is close to Jasna Ski Resort (ski bus for free) and just few minutes from Liptovsky Mikulas. I can only recommend the stay here!"

"J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. "

"Excellent location and staff was most willing to help in spite of our limited language understanding. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. Sleeping was very difficult on this summer evening. The city information center, which is across the plaza was extremely friendly andhelpful."

"Wonderful view of the lake upon walking down. Comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Staff was pretty good with understanding English and super accommodating for a later than planned check in. I just went into the restaurant, and the manager got us checked-in within minutes. And the spa, was out of this world!!! A must do."

"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"Ok, da billederne passede overens med Hotels. Hyggelig lejlighed. Irriterende der ingen emhætte var og at skraldespandene til hele pensionatet var lige ved vores vinduer. Gardinerne virkede for små til vinduerne så det kom for meget lys ind. "
