"The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. "

"Sehr gute Lage. Leider wurden bei drei Übernachtungen nicht einmal die Zimmer gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. An der Rezeption konnte man sich aber Handtücher geben lassen.
Im Hotel gab es keinerlei Essen, in unmittelbarer Nähe aber genug grössere und kleinere Restaurants.
Das Hotel selbst hat keine Parkplätze. Die gibt es aber kostenpflichtig gegenüber. Wir haben einfach an der Strasse vor dem Halteverbotsschild neben der Hotelausfahrt geparkt. "

Great WiFi, amazing breakfast of enormous quantity and great quality and variety. Personal service from great people. Only a design miss, the balcony leaves a gap where a foot may slip in and cause injury. But nothing to worry if you notice this and you also take care of children. "

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if we return to Batumi."
