However other guest(s) in other floors used their windows into that canal for smoking, which really bothered me when I wanted to open my windows for fresh air. I wish the hotel had signs in these interior windows explicitly telling guests to not smoke there. The internet was also very unstable, which is a problem in Andorra...

"We had a very good stay at the Acta Art Hotel, the staff were very plesant and the hotel modern, clean and located in a very convenient position with handy parking in the local car park which offers a discount for Hotel residents. The Breakfast was equally very good too. All in all we will happily return. "

"We had a one-night stay at Yomo Moia Park and even if the location says Escaldes (city), the hotel is within 2 minutes walk of the main shopping street of Andorra la Vella, so, very conveniently located. The room was small but clean and confortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no free parking around and the city lot next to the hotel cost 20euro for one day but the hotel rates are very good, so overall it compensated the cost of the parking.
