"Superb location - and staff so accommodating "

"Overall for location Hotel is primely placed to do everything we wanted and close to the centre of everything. Is says on website it is dated and I agree however the bed was fantastic size of room good and staff super friendly and super helpful. I belive the price was probably a little more than I wanted to pay but glad we stayed there just for the interaction with staff. Could do with an uplift. "

"Very good location for where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good value. The room was a bit cold at first but warmed when I turned on the heating for a bit. The bathroom stayed quite cold. Overall I would really recommend the hotel. "

"Renovated rooms, well decorated. Great location, close to everything, can walk or take metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a car and there is parking in garage, very convenient. It is paid, but there is very expensive parking around, so we were happy to have this option. Would come back any time"

"The hotel is conveniently located as it's opposite to Lyon Gare Part-Dieu and the tramway station. It's easy to travel to the airport. The room was basic without any electric kettle or fridge, but it's not a problem for me as I only stayed for two nights."

"4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. The bar was okay, great view across Lyon from the 38th floor room"

"The Rhonexpress Tram from the airport stops right at the front door. The Metro and SNCFstation are behind it. So transportation in and out was a breeze. Very comfy beds. Great breakfast. Lovely shower."
