"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."

Reasonably priced, near to the motorway and all services and around 20 mins walk into the centre of Cognac. The staff (receptionist and cleaner) we're both very friendly. We decided to stay and extra night so we could have a full day in Cognac. In all a very enjoyable stay "
