"My room on the third floor was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & clean. Having a bath tub in the bathroom was another feature that I liked. The buffet breakfast was very nice & I really enjoyed a swim in the large outdoor pool after a busy day. There are bus stops close by and it is only 4 mins by bus to Pacific Fair, or you can walk there in under 20 mins. It's also not too far from the Miami Aquatic Centre & Pizzey skate park & pump track. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. This is the second time that I have stayed here & I would definitely stay here again, thank you."

"I booked it for my daughter, partner and baby. They loved it all. Especially that they were accommodated on the ground floor near the pool ( as requested).Very good with a baby. They also enjoyed the spa, comfort and having a kitchen. "

"The stay was fantastic! Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms in a great location. We were in a room at the far end of the corridor, for more privacy, so we didnt get a balcony, but it was nice and quiet most of the time. You can still hear people close their doors down the hall. But overall it was quiet and peaceful. Now to the pros: The bed and the pillows!!!! Being a fussy sleeper with backache if i use the wrong pillow i slept like a baby for 5 nights. It was amazing! 10/10! The pool area was great, very fresh very nice, and despite it being crowded some times we always managed to find a spot. Never felt too crowded, or the need to get up at 6am just to reserve a spot. The buffet that was included in our price was good too. You have to go to the restaurant area of the casino which wasnt a big deal. Overall the food was good, however if youre a vegan the choices are limiting. However they did have a GF section, but again it was corn flakes, banana bread and bread. The room was nice and clean, curtains shut well and staff was very friendly and accomodating. I got a blanket and extra towel when requested and they were always very speedy in executing requests. Overall the design of the hotell room was good, very desinery. However there is no wardrobe or shelves to unpack your items, just a luggage bench in our type of room. But that is a design choice, as i have designed many hotels with similar features."

"Great resort for families. Splash zone, pools and amenities for families are ideal. We had kids aged 7 & 3 who LOVED the water slides and pool. With a supermarket and bottle shop around the corner this is a super location and great place to stay. Highly recommended! It is no frills so suggest BYO pool towels. "
