"The hotel has good facilitiesfor a budget level, gym, bar, restaurant, games and lounge. Staff were very pleasant. We didnt expext the restaurant to be open but as they had a group booking they let us eat too. We didnt like the fact that they allow and encourage smoking in the stairwells or that thete is major building work ongoing that starts early in the morning."

"Nous n'avons pu pour raisons de santé,hospitalisation en urgence de M. a Lille , honorés notre réservation du jeudi 4 /09 au Lion d'or, a Ecouche, pres de Falaise. Nous avons appelé l'hotel le 3/09 pour les informer de l'impossibilité d'être presents et annuler notre reservation, mais il nous été répondu que c'etait impossible a cause de l'organisme gestionnaire :donc vous. "Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Limited restaurant choices for evening meal, but what we did have was excellent. Car Park access was not clear and very narrow. Otherwise avery nice overnight stay."

"Jättetrevlig upplevelse. En stor gård ute på landsbygden. Lite svårt att hitta dit. Super trevlig värd. Vi kommunicerade via Google eftersom han inte kunde Engelska, men det gick jättebra. Åt en härlig fransk middag på gården. Enda negativa var lite hårda kuddar annars bra för någon natt. Lite annorlunda. Mycket värt att åka dit."

"Wunderschöne alte Farm mit sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnungen. Die Besitzer sind rund um die Uhr äußerst bemüht und total nett. Sehr ruhig und günstig gelegen. Wir hatten die Poolsuite, also ab 20 Uhr privaten Zugang zum Pool - genial! Durch die idyllischen Teiche in der Mitte hat man allerdings sehr viele Mücken, weswegen man nachts nicht lüften kann und quasi in der Sauna schläft. Das Frühstück - das übrigens aufs Zimmer gebracht wird - ist gut für 1-2 Tage, ansonsten wird es etwas...
