"The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent. Give it a try if you have time will be back in the future. "

"I was lucky enough to be given a room in the newly refurbished wing. It was beautiful and I am not sure if the room had been booked to anyone previously because everything looked shiny and new! The staff were friendly, all totally helpful and chatty fun. The breakfast choices were varied, several staff on hand. The location is great and some families there too. Super value."
"Rooms were excellent , hot water was wonky at times but the staff are excellent…. Some guest were smoking in hallways to avoid fines for smoking in rooms which was unfortunate but to no fault of the hotel just bad guest"
