"A lovely riverside setting in a small village. The hotel has modern decor & reception / restaurant are light & airy. The bedrooms are a good size, with air con & modern fixtures. The ensuite had a double length shower, but minimal floor space to use basin or get dry!. The staff in the restaurant were all really pleasant & helpful recommending local wines & drinks to try. We booked this hotel for access to Zadar, Plitvice lakes & visiting surrounding areas. "

"Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait "

"Family of four for a super quick stay overnight. Apartment was lovely and clean, plenty big enough for all of us. Walkable distance to Zadar Old Town (around 20 minutes). Easy self check in and parking right in front of the building. "

"The property is located very close to the sea and is 10 minute walk from old town. It's condition is average, with a strange mid level design that you have to carry luggages for a few steps. My room ran out of water to flush toilet. I requested a room change and was switched to a much smaller one. The in room air condition did not seem to work, and neither was the bathroom exhaustion fan."

"ght in the center of the old town in Zadar, the location cant be any better. Its a little tricky to find at first but was mentioned and marked in the Lobely Planet map which helped. The owner was suoer helpful, showed us where to park our car for free and helped us with our luggage etc. The room itself is small but has everyrhing you need."

"Do not stay here. I booked a room paid $511 because I needed a place to spending the night, I showed up at 9pm they told me they don’t have room available for me, next day they charged me for room anyway. Customer service was horrible. Still working with Expedia to get my money back. "

"Lovely suite. Updates to the space were very very nice. Ivan met us and got us all set with details about the room and building. Great location. Parking could be challenging if you have a car. We did and found a space at the building. No need for an auto once you are there, so didn’t need to move it. And it’s free! Go to the promenade in the evening; lovely sunsets, people watching, food and drinks, the sea organ and the lighted ‘dance floor’ are all a treat. Only 2 flights to navigate. Felt...
