Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, modern, spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt, etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "
"Cordis provides impeccable service for our family of six. We stayed there for 2 nights in the club rooms with lounge access in Nov 2025. We staff were very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast buffet at The Place was tasty and freshly made. The staff, especially Yoki at the restaurant treated us like family and made sure everything we needed was readily available. We look forward to staying at your hotel again. "
"Fantastic service. Staff were attentive and constantly keeping the room neat (they even arranged and neatly organized my cables). Rooms were stocked with various teas that I really enjoyed having on-hand in the mornings and evenings. Harbor view was incredible at night."
"The hotel was very conveniently close to the airport. Four Points offers bus shuttle to the airport. This makes it so easy for us to plan. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with delicious options in a very comfortable setting. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great rest before our 16 hour flight home. "
"Housekeeping staff was very attentive and friendly.
Front end hotel staff were very accommodating to our family. Highly recommended to friends and family 😊"
