"The room AC/Heater somewhat noisy. Otherwise our stay was good. Check-in/out was efficient and prompt. Had minor issue getting elevator C going down to open in level L. Had to go up again to another floor then transferred to another elevator in order to get out at level L as we are trying to beat the 11am checkout time. Reported the issue to the desk staff who acknowledged that someone had been tasked to repair the elevator. Thank you for providing one night of pleasant stay in this hotel.
