廣島大手町吳竹莊酒店

很值得

房間不錯，很乾淨。初次入住尾房，有一個大窗戶。後來去了尾道倉敷那邊，再回來住一晚。可以寄存行李箱，再check in 時，行李已送到房間了。服務不錯。明明已經很便，但每天都有早餐，旁晚還有 happy hour，有一杯酒精飲料，還有澡堂。 地點很好，樓下有三間便利店，有雞飯店，過馬路就是電車站。不乘車，走到廣島站是十五分鐘。

It was brand new open in March. Everything is in good conitions. It's located just next to tram station and within walking distance to Peace Park and shopping areas. Bed is large, room is a little bit small but still enough to open a 26 inch suitcase. I felt it is detail minded. After bath, part of mirror is still clear. So, i think the hotel had put some protection in advance. The rate is reasonable and served with free breakfast. I heard that restaurant is crowd so I got there at 7am. At that time, only a few people and I can enjoy breakfast quietly. The choice is good enough and delicious. There are only 42 seats but there are about 200 rooms.(The map shows there are room 1 -19 on 4F to 14F). So if you want to avoid the crowd, wake up earlier. The most impressive to me is the staff. I had do some online shopping but parcel was delayed. It was 3 June night, I seeked for help from staff. Their English is not good and I can only understand little bit Japanese, they still tried their best to understand and helped me especially the lady not in uniform. Maybe she was off duty already and preparing to go home, but she still tried to contact the delivery company and the seller for me. Finally, although problem was resolved by myself, I still felt thankful for their effort. When checking out, I seeked help from another staff.The lady speak much better English. She said she can send parcel to my designated address. Finally i contact the company and resolve it. But thanks anyway

洒店位於路面電車中電站前，從洒店步行往和平紀念公園及美術館等只需15-20分鐘左右。 酒店提供免費早餐豐富好吃，美中不足就是早餐地方空間比較細小；洒店整體不錯，下次也會再入往。

入住時剛開新開幕六日，非常熱鬧，特別是早餐時候，餐廳應接不暇，坐位未能滿足客人，但早餐豐富，有廣島的特色食品，食物及飲品亦有多種選擇，就算付款都非常值得更何況是早餐是免費的，地點方便，去本通商店或去廣島出名的景點亦都可以步行前往。

離電車站只有2分鍾不到的路程，非常方便，若不想搭車，走去平和紀念公園或本通站也只要10-15分鐘左右的距離，早餐多元且美味，環整潔舒適，工作人員專業且非常有禮貌，下次若有機會再造訪廣島，會再入住！
