附近在施工有點吵 以這個價位還可以接受

除了售后不舒服，其余都感觉ok，因为退房时一件衣服忘记了，让酒店帮忙查一下，一直无回复，感觉不舒服

Horrible couldn't check in because boyfriend had no ID. No where was it noted that it was needed (website, hotel)

This hotel has a very home like atmosphere

It is very run down with no pool. Most people would call this hotel a dump. Good staff, great location.

You get what you pay for. The room was barely serviced while we visited. The soap was never once refreshed during our nine days. They often neglected to empty the trash. Vacuumed maybe twice during the stay, which is bad because in Hawaii there tends to be a lot of sand everywhere. They did have cooking utensils, which was very helpful. And generally, the room was clean upon arrival. The advertised pool was drained and looked satirical upon first view. The location is very good, about two blocks from the beach. And there are several places to eat within one block. Regarding parking, the hotel has none. If you have a car, be prepared to spend a lot of money parking it in Waikiki. The best option is to park for free along Ala Wai canal, if you can find an empty space, which is very difficult.

The fan was super dirty. Looks likes it was never cleaned before. Our shower had no hot water first (we got a new room, what was very nice).

The staff was top notch. Super friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The only issue we had were the mattresses. They were the worst. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again.
