環境很棒 房間整潔舒適 人員服務很棒，唯一缺點就是早上樓下剛好幼稚園 非常吵

If I could give this hotel 10 million stars, I would! This place was incredible. We stayed in the Secret Cave room and it was breathtaking. They picked us up in a airport shuttle bus. They were easy to find at the airport. They had a sign with my name on it. Once we got to the hotel we were blown away by how eccentric the room was. The cave had a gorgeous bathtub, swing and felt like a dream. It was affordable too! We wanted to get some food but it was late and no ATM's were around but the hotel front desk person named "Eleven" saved the day and charged our credit card to provide us with cash so that we could get food nearby. I highly recommend staying here. The customer service is exceptional and the rooms are gorgeous!

Such a fantastic hotel. It is beautiful and very modern, and the rooms are also very big. I was initially a little disappointed because despite scheduling a pickup shuttle no one showed up so I had to take a taxi to the hotel, but when I arrived they were extremely apologetic and discounted the taxi fare from the cost of the room. The next morning, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (which leaves every hour) ran smoothly. I will definitely try to stay here whenever I have to fly out of Pudong!

I read the revues and was a little skeptical but this is a 10+. Beautiful and tasteful rooms, excellent breakfast, and they are sooo nice! A little out of the way but lots of nice little restaurants right there. Highly recommend.
