Positives.
Excellent location nearby to Metro station and loads of different places to eat/drink. Farmers market nearby on the Sat we were there.
Good room rates for the location, especially considering the amenities in room such as a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo.
Negatives.
Breakfast item availability is very hit and miss.
Housekeeping ran the dishwasher which leaked enough that we had to mop up with towels.
Elevator located one room away from ours (room 1205) had a communication error (error light flashing the whole time we were there) which caused a buzzer to sound every 20 seconds until reset by staff. This happened every 24 hours, between the hours of 4:30-6:00am, which woke us up. Sometimes the staff would reset the buzzer pretty quick, but other times it was on for over an hour! We told the front desk the first morning this happened, and it was not resolved when we left five days later. I assume this is also a safety issue since if elevator got stuck, the occupants would have no way to use the elevator phone to contact for help! After asking multiple front desk staff, one of which was very rude, nothing changed so we contacted the hotel chain directly who promptly sent out an elevator technician, who told us he had been there more than once in the last month, and that hotel has been told each occasion they need to contact the network that is used for the elevator communication.
