Was booked for a family executive room, but a deluxe double was given. I believed that the room rate will be different. Yet. The staff at the front desk insisted that all the family executive rooms were occupied at the time we’re checked in. If that is the case, compensation recovery should be offered. However, there’s nothing happened. Furthermore, the kitchen sink in common room was filled with small flies in the morning when I and my family was trying to have breakfast there. Green garden used to be a good place that I loved on my previous visit, but the experience in this trip had disappointing me a lot. Hopefully, things can be back on the right track the soonest.
