I have gone here 3 times this year. The first time the heater broke and flooded our whole room while we were out eating. At least 6 inches of water. Staff didn't care about the inconvenience to me or my guest, didn't ask if any of our stuff was damaged, took 2 hours to give us another room, which was much smaller and less amenities. 2 hours! This place is not even half booked most of the time. We were still charged for room. The next time I thought "oh they will probably comp me bc of the last time with the flood... Nope. This time the ceiling started leaking, drywall falling. My guest and I placed a bucket in middle of the night and didn't bother calling staff bc we didn't want to wait 2 hours to go back to sleep. They charged me for that room too. Went a third time a couple days ago, same room, they didn't even really fix the hole in the ceiling just kinda pushed it up and let it dry. Every morning you can hear the owners yelling at 5am and if you are even a second after 11am check out they will come knocking every 2 minutes yelling. So rude. At no point was the staff pleasant, not even business savy enough to fake it. I feel robbed over and over. The room was dirty, mold, hair, filthy walls, one little paper pouch for panda/tampons, just one! light bulbs needed replacing, etc etc. They really shouldn't be in business. Horrible business practices, horrible maintenance, unhappy people in general. Beware. I was going to pitch a for about not being refunded but I suspect I w
