Holiday Inn Express & Suites Franklin - Berry Farms

Very nice room, even had some breakfast items which is rare these days. Manager very helpful and friendly as the other staff as well.

The staff were very professional & friendly. My vehicle broke down near by & they were very accommodating since I had a “surprise” stay in the hotel overnight.

Very nice hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. Garage parking was a bonus. Bed was nice, slept great. Staff was friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel!

Sheets and pillow cover had stains, long hairs in the bathroom and shower, stains on the carpet

Breakfast area was excellent! Wish it had an indoor pool. Underground parking was a bonus. Lighting set-up in room was superb.

Great stop for the evening

Room was very inviting when I arrived. As the evening went on I became very aware of a smell. Not offensive but quite a bit overwhelming. By midnight my head hurt and I was very congested. I requested a different room and the staff was very accommodating. They informed me to request an allergy free room next time I was visiting. Occasionally they use a rug deodorizer and cleaning supplies with scents. I would definitely stay here again as they were very kind and helpful.

Service was great and the place was top notch.
