Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was in a box (yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs) there was coffee and juice. Pool was small.

Great room and customer service was awesome‼️

It was a little noisy and the keys always give me problems when I leave and return‼️It is clean and comfortable and I will return‼️

We love Hone2 Suites. We wanted to become members until the Indianapolis location charged us 115 dollars (more for our 10 pound non-shedding dog) than our rate for two adults. For us this was a deal breaker. Rates are usually $25-30 per pet.) . I understand it is covid but it would be nice if the website was updated. Pool opens at 10am. Why? If working, and want a swim early, you are out of luck. Room requests that we put dishes in the dishwasher. Should we clean and make our bed, too? Our short stay w small dog was over $215 during covid and not a weekend. Crazy. Staff was not overly helpful nor friendly.

We loved mostly everything about our stay. However, shortly after getting to our room, my curious kids saw something sticking out from under the bed, turned out to be a stack of flash cards... along with food, wrappers, plastic bottles under both queen beds.

It’s was an ok stay. Not too eventful. Breakfast is served, but not made to service. Gets stale later in the morning.

We wanted 2 things - a hot breakfast and an open pool. Because of COVID, I called the front desk ahead of time to check, and they said that a hot breakfast would be provided and the pool was open. When we arrived, the pool was closed. I was told it was because a group had been in the pool and were not observing social distancing. OK, I get that. But if that's why the pool was closed, why was is ok for a group of 20 people to hold a party in the hotel lobby without masks on? The next night I asked about the pool again - this time I was told it had been closed because the chemical were unbalanced. Really? If you're going to close the pool, I get it. But can you at least have the decency to be honest with me about it instead of giving me 3 different stories? As for our second item - the hot breakfast - it was supposed to be open from 7-9, but when we got down there at 8 it still wasn't ready.

This hotel was awesome. I booked a suite and it was perfect. Very clean.

This was the second Home2 at which i have stayed (Ann Arbor, MI area was the first). It was fantastic. Room was very spacious, nicely appointed and clean. Was traveling on business and there was lots of room to set up a virtual office. Staff was very friendly and location had anything you could want in near proximity. Breakfast was ok, but this is 2020 and COVID prevented the normal setup. They made the best of it and i had sausage, eggs and a really good biscuit. Highly recommend and know that my next trip to see this client i will plan to stay here again!
