What a nice gentleman who checked us in, his name was Don. Lovely spacious rooms and very quiet and comfortable. Very close to all the JFK sites. I will stay again when I’m in Dallas

The accommodations were good. The room was clean. We enjoyed the view of the city. Parking a little expensive. However, because our room was not ready at check-in the hotel waived the parking fee. Great customer service!

If your going to do the “mask/cleanliness” schtick, then clean the rooms. Absolutely zero chance they sanitized room because 3 of the counter surfaces had food / beverage rings / goo on them. Desk, night stand, and coffee area. Each had rings and goo so they unequivocally could not have even wiped down the surface at all let alone sanitize. I’m fine if you’re gonna force me to wear a mask in a state that doesn’t require it but the claim you have all these policies of sanitizing and safety and you don’t it’s very disappointing for a caliber of your hotel. Choose one either you’re all in on cleaning and sanitizing, or go back to normal expectations.

So it was my anniversary, I waited in a line for about 45 minutes to check in, because it was only 1 employee (estephanie) using the computer system. The other male employee stood behind her and just looked at the screen instead of jumping in to help the line go down. When we get to the front, she swiped my husband’s card at least 6 times ( it was a glitch with the card reader) she then says it’s declined, and we should call the bank, apparently after so many swipes Wells Fargo thought it was fraud. We had to step out of line. I asked where was the manager? She says no one is on the property but her. I give her our other card, she says they don’t accept prepaid cards, I told her I booked the room with that same card! And asked if she could charge the card on file... nope!!!! I was livid, I reminded her it was my anniversary and she would not budge. We finally hoped back in line and checked in and I told her I needed her name so I could call customer service. She began speaking to the other employee (the one just staring at the screen) in Spanish. I think the timing was and off and her body language was disrespectful. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels, resorts you name it! And I have never had such poor understanding. Needless to say courtyard needs to require a few more hours of training. I won’t be back

The stay was amazing! Very nice & neat and the beds & pillows were so comfortable! My favorite was the rooftop bar. It has BEAUTIFUL views of downtown and my Blueberry Mojito was delicious!

Nice hotel, nice location, love the rooftop bar! Very strict on garage parking but thankfully there was a parking lot a block away!
