The location of this facility shown on map locator of Hotels.com is very central, but actually it's not even in district 1, very far from city center. I booked it when looking at the mao locator, and hence our travel plan was ruined.
The facility is quite new, but they do not provide towel, soap, shampoo, or any toileteries. Not even toilet water. Kitchen is there, but no liquid soap to clean dishes.
The security guard who led us to our room said all of this was because it is actually an apartment building for long term rent, so guests must prepare all those stuffs by themselves. If that is the case, I suggest they should not be listed here as "Hotel" or "Serviced".
