獨特之處有星空泳池⋯⋯餐廳美味。不過床鋪上有大量的小昆蟲，會飛既，令人不能接受。別墅泳池有樹葉，亦有昆蟲。

Environment and facilities are excellent. Nice service and quite considerate. Yet can prepare and refill the bath and teeth brush sets more often. The price list of spa should be clearer.

It is quite risky to stay at this hotel during Covid-19 since the hotel doesn't have policy to have their staff wearing mask while they have to have pretty close connection with Thai and overseas guests. However, after seeing the staffs at the dining chit-chatting over at the food station (especially at the live station) which could possibly be the disease spreader, I decided to make a complaint concerning dining hygiene. The next day, after the complaint, I could see the improvement since most of the staff were wearing mask and be more aware about the situation.

I would say it was a wonderful stay. Without a thing to complain about.... which says a lot for the professionalism of the management... great work Kalima👍👍.... yes. The rooms over looking the main swimming pool are the best... as against the ones far far away near the artificial beach...

Me and my family truly enjoy our stay! The room is big and clean, and the bed is super comfy. We not just like our rooms but as well as the facilities and environment! We didn't expect we can access to the public beach and the beach is lovely. You can also borrow a canoe for free for one hour and canoe around the hotel! The staffs were friendly and helpful. The food they offered were in high standard but not expensive. Our family will definitely come back for holiday again!

Overall a really great place - brand new, clean and well designed. It’s about a 10-15 minute ride from town - they run shuttles and we also found it easy to take cabs. Service overall was good although there was some confusion on our last day regarding check out time which was a bit annoying. I would stay again.

Staff were fantastic! Girls at the Kid's Club (Jang and Rim), were very nice and our daughter Maia absolutely loved them. Staff in restaurant at Breakfast service were also amazing, always smiling, welcoming and attentive (Ae, Jefrey and a lady, wh'os name unfortunately I don't remember), made our stay special. loved the Spa

This is a very quiet place, absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and nice. The pool are everywhere and it bringss such a peaceful atmosphere.
