Never coming back to Krystal
The servers don’t pay attention to you if you have an all inclusive wrist band, the electricity in the room went off for an hour, the food was cold and old, the pool was very cold. Never staying at this hotel again.

This property unfortunately was very disappointing! I’d stayed at the Krystal Grand right next door previously and when booking another trip to Cancun thought I was booking the same hotel. Turns out I was not . I arrived and figured must be its sister hotel and I had a great experience next door im sure this will be fine. I was wrong 😑 . Half the property was under construction or at least I hope it was because it was literally falling apart. Elevator in Tower B would only work on the main floor to go up but you couldn’t get it to come back up to your floor and had to take the steps every time. The Pool bar seemed like it was an afterthought and not laid out properly at all. The food options were subpar at best when a place was actually open to serve you and twice during our 4 day stay we were told they ran out of food at the snack bar , which is the only place to get food during the day !! This felt alot more like a budget motel than a Resort in the heart of Cancun. Totally disappointing and wish I had not made the mistake and booked the correct Krystal resort. I would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone .

Is confusing when they advertise "all inclusive" is not true - only certain items are all premium food or liquor in not.

Beautiful beach but thats about it
It was ok. We stayed one night food was not good and the mini fridge was expensive. I thought because we were all inclusive it was free but payed 600 pasos
