Upon arrival, staff was friendly. We brought our own cleaning wipes to wipe room down. I am thankful we did. Light switches to restroom were dirty. Had stuff stuck on switches. Keurig was not wiped down. Shower door handle was very loose. We were able to put together easily. There was a cheerleading event that Sunday 12/13/2020. Came down elevator to walk past multiple adults and cheerleaders not wearing masks. Called front desk after exiting and mentioned. Seemed as though ALL the posted signs everywhere were just a formality. I was told they were there for one day only. The next morning, when I checked out, we were waiting for our ride to the airport and the lobby was a mess. Bottles and cans under furniture. Random trash on floor. Couch pillows were in a disarray. During my stay, I did try to call operator but phone would ring. No one answered during the 4 times I attempted to call. I stayed 3 nights. Although, I did appreciate the art work and decorated Christmas tree. I was excited to stay but after my experience, I was happy to leave. I come out to visit my daughter a couple times a year. I guess I will have to keep searching for an acceptable hotel.

Very large, quiet hotel. There was no conference going on at the time so there weren't many people around. The room was up to date, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was closed but could be due to Covid or the low number of guests currently staying (possibly off-peak).

I enjoyed the hotel! it was very clean, beautifully designed and in a wonderful location to do things nearby. The only thing that I wish was different is that the pool stayed open later. I’ll definitely be returning

We didn’t like how they made ramp parking lot. It was weird because even we could park our car at same floor where we got room, we had to walk to other building which our room located. Long walk from car to room.

Beautiful hotel. Some ridiculous policies. Closed pool at 6 on one day and then 7 the next so it was inconsistent. You know, COVID-19 only comes out after 6 pm at night.
