When I arrived this property, the receptionist told me that they are fully booked and no balcony room anymore, so they will "upgrade" my room type to garden room but i need to change back to the balcony room on the next day. However i didnt ask for it and i prefer balcony room thats why i booked it. AND ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. The male receptionist didn't apologize for anything at all, i really don't like the attitude that he gave me.

Wonderful, spacious, unique, clean and quiet apartment. Very liveable with an incredible feeling of space and freedom. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. It was nothing like a hotel room but a spacious loft style apartment with balcony.

First of all i stayed at balissimo for 5 days with my boyfriend on the duplex room, which was amazing !! Exactly like the pictures, very clean and very stylish! Then my boyfriend had to leave so i moved to one of the smaller room on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool, which was also really great!!! Really well designed! The plus is the small kitchen which allow you to cook dishes when you don’t feel like going out! The rooms are cleaned everyday with a very nice and friendly team of 3 people which make it very fast!! They always leave the room with a very nice smell, which is really appreciated! Furthermore, i had to work from my room and i really really appreciate the fast wifi!! Every room as it’s own modem so in comparison to other hotel i stayed in Bali make huge and awesome difference. Tio the manager is really friendly and accomodating! Don’t hesitate to ask him for anything he wil help you right away. The hotel is located 5min away from the beach and there’s a lot of restaurant all aroind. Even tho there’s a lot going on around the hotel as it is located in a small alley it’s very quiet!! I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back anytime i’m in Bali!!
