It’s been good until the last night of my stay at Conrad, August 25.
The guests next door seemed to have a party that night, with lots of music and exciting conversations, which lasted until around 1:30AM.
I called the front desk around 12:15AM and a Ms. Lisa answered and told me that she would send the security guard. However nothing happened. My neighbour were still enjoying heir party.
I had to call again but nobody picked up the phone. So I had to go downstairs to the lobby, waited for 10 minutes until Mr. Troy finished checking two guests in. I told Troy the story again and he called the security, being told that “no noise was detected”. He asked the security guard to go upstairs again. And that was around 1AM.
Nothing happened and changed. So I had to go downstairs for the second time. Actually I was totally awake then. This time Troy said that he would make sure everything worked, and send the security guard again.
In order to make sure my neighbour end their party ASAP, I waited in the hallway for the security guard, to show him that the noise really exist. He came and apologized and promised me that the noise makers would be kicked out this time if they still did the same.
I got peace and joy after 10 minutes, and a pair of dark circles around my eyes when the first sunlight came into my room before my check-out.
Mr. Porter was sweet and professional that he hold the elevator door for me twice at morning. Thank you!
