The stay at four seasons was quite good , the only one disappointment was a door bell ring from the staff and coming inside the room at 6 am or so .. I did complain about it to them while checking out , “Sorry” was the reaction which I got where was they should have done much more for a customer than just a sorry .

This was my first stay at the Four Seasons in Bengaluru, but it won't be my last. Everything from the decor, the service, the food (oh the food), the facilities (I used the gym & the spa) and high tech rooms was excellent. It was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing business trips I've had so if you're looking for a really comfortable stay, the Four Seasons should be at the top of your list.

Security checks make it feel like you’re going through Airport security. Empty pockets, run bags through X-ray machines and then get a metal detector wand waved around your body. Too much hoop jumping to get checked in, including a 6000 rupee deposit that they don’t return for 7 days. Why do they need to see my passport? I have a drivers license issued by the state of California. Staff seem to regurgitate some sort of learned script, everything over explained to the point of confusion and utter exasperation on my part. Doormen don’t speak English. Pool bar advertised yet unavailable. Restaurant bar had a selection of exactly two beers. Both bad ones.) Staff are largely unfamiliar with the etiquette of a 5 star hotel. Also they don’t know to operate a French press. Had to ring them 3 times to get a properly prepared pot of coffee. This is all in the 1 short night I spent there. Checked in about 9 PM Checked out at 4 AM. Among the most disturbing hotel experiences of my life. Will not book a Four Seasons hotel anywhere in the world again. (Ironically the hotel was recommended by the Expedia travel specialist I spoked to as a result of another issue. I’ll be writing a revealing email to the GM of the hotel. His name is Frederik Blomqvist and (apparently) his email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Even that doesn’t make sense. I suspect they lied about the email address. Entirely nightmarish.

Outstanding customer service and always the best guest experience. Can't be compared to other hotel chains; Four Seasons is a home, where everyone is looking after you and your needs, they are a family. Definitely the best stay in Bangalore and everywhere around the globe. Stay with Four Seasons!
