Very good facilities, room size was great. It easily fit 4 teenage girls, mum and grandmother. It was in a lovely quiet area and very close to the tram.

This hotel is only 30 minutes by tram (Line 5) to downtown Amsterdam. It was a cheaper option than a hotel in the city, was perfectly clean, and convenient. The staff was friendly but didn't have recommendations for restaurants around the hotel and sent us to a cheap grocery store when there was a very nice and bigger one just minutes away on foot. They should have a list of recommended restaurants around and a map on how to get to the stores. We also had requested a crib weeks in advance and they didn't have one available upon arrival which was totally unprofessional and disappointing since they had emailed us and guaranteed one weeks before. Overall, the staff is very young and lacks that mature professionalism that would be so easy to offer in such a great place like this.

The apartment was nothing short of amazing!, very clean and just what we requested. The beds were big enough to fit three people. About 30mins from central amsterdam, but the tram station is a stone away from the hotel. Supermarket are 10mins away which is convenient if you require some refreshments. The hotel had a restaurant which we also tried, menu was a bit disappointing not a lot of options to chose from, the service was great. The hobs in our kitchen were not working but they quickly resolved this small issue. More tea &coffee facilities and tablets for the dish washer would have made a big difference. Aside from that it was amazing thank you very much!

Newer property in a nice part of town. Large, spacious rooms. Helpful staff.

Great location, near shopping and tourist sites. Rooms were spacious, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was the let down in the room. Zero amenities, not even a bar of soap. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor terribly, mainly due to massive amounts of hair clogging the drain but even after we asked to have it cleaned out, it still leaked a lot of water onto the floor. Just poor sealing of shower door. Staff was excellent and very helpful.
