Loved the stay of quite & big spaces
Just right by the beach. Excellent location if you like quite, no loud bar too close to the house. Big spaces, with 4 or 5 room shared. Not entire house to yourself. The host is very helpful, and stay in the house to help till 10pm for your need.

Good, could be better
This place is comfortable and host is kindly. They have a private garden which has a goo view towards beach. There's scooter rentals in the street. Around 10 mins if you want to go to the resort of sardine run. The fly in the ointment is that the kitchen is not clean.

Good location, on the sea .A few issues ....
+Great location , sea and view literally outside room, roomy , friendly family . - I felt the room isn't described accurately as my room was a home stay and not a private chalet / room as you have to go through owners living room/ kithchen to go outside every you leave and i wasnt sure if this was communal or not ? I used their kitchen to make hot drinks as surprisingly there was no kettle in room , no desk , or fridge and for the money paid in comparison to other places i felt there should be at the very least .Also, sadly my 7 day stay when I stayed in apartment during the day for work or rest was ruined by extreme building noise , hammer drills, hammering and jigsaws for hours on end , in my opinion it should 't have been let out at all with the noise levels . Disappointed .

The location of the guesthouse is great it is close to many restaurants and bars. It is very quiet and right along the water. We were in the suite and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. It would eventually cool off at night. The suite was large and the bed was comfy. The shower had terrible pressure and it wouldn’t keep a consistent temperature.

Phenomenal property. The owner is the sweetest and most genuine person ever. She cares about your satisfaction and experience and it shows in her demeanor. The guesthouse is at a great location right on Panagsama and the views from the suite are breathtaking. I'm not a big fan of hostels - and yes I am a milennial - for they are cramped and I like my space and prefer a pleasant view, and this property certainly did not disappoint in those avenues. Service was great, the room was premium - I'd even say it's the most luxurious room in Moalboal considering the majority of the hotels aren't that spacious nor nice - and the location and the helpfulness of the owner was the cherry on top. I would recommend.

해변에서 엄처 멀고 청결도 상태 최악입니다. 진드기및 벌레 개미 떼들이 너무 많아서 잠을 잘수가 없었어요 처음에 입실하면 침대포와 베게 피는 깨끗한반면 매트리스 안쪽에 진드기로 자면서 계속 몸을 긁고 또긁고 또 .... 잠을 잘수없음... 너무 더러움 찝찝함 2박을 했는데 1박후에 이불을 사서 바닦에 깔고 잠을 잤네요... 여긴 최악..... 가격도 제일 비싼곳으로 간곳이.... 이렇다니.... 아쉽네요 아주 마니....

Relaxing Retreat
People come to Moalboal for a relaxing stay near the water and that is exactly what Mariana's provided. It is only a short walk away from the busier area, away from all the boats and other tourists. It was very quiet with a beautiful view of the water. It included basic amenities and a comfortable room for a short stay. Wifi was also very strong.
